Returns

Need to return an item? No problem!
Send us your return request to hello@wakaralabs.com. Please include your order number and the email address associated with your order. Any details you can share regarding the reason and nature of your return is always helpful.
 
If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for free within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund (less the original shipping costs). If the returned item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund or store credit will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you.
 
*Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where we have made a shipping error.

Please allow one week for your return to be fully processed and a refund / store credit / exchange to be issued.

 

Exchanges

As an e-commerce shop, we do not offer typical product exchanges. If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your convenience—place an order now so it ships asap, or you can wait until after we've processed your refund.  

 

General Warranty

Wakara Labs offers a 1-year limited warranty for all Wakara Labs products, which covers any manufacturing or workmanship defects but do not cover damages that may have resulted from normal wear and tear, misuse/abuse, or modification of the product.

We cannot guarantee that the exact style or product for a claim will be in stock at the time that your warranty claim is processed, but we wouldn't want you to be left empty handed! In this case, we will offer store credit rather than a replacement. The store credit does not expire and will be valid for any product found at www.wakaralabs.com.

All warranty claims for items that were not purchased directly from www.wakaralabs.com must include proof of purchase from an authorized retail partner. Any item purchased from an unauthorized reseller will not be valid for returns or warranty claims.

Wakara Labs will not be liable for any damages that may result from the use of any Wakara Labs product. Our warranty does not cover the repair or replacement of property such as electronic devices and/or other personal property.

Wakara Labs allows one (1) warranty claim per purchased product if said product is within the warranty period.

*Photos help a lot! If you submit a warranty claim, please include a photo or two of the item so we can better understand the issue.

 

Shipping & Handling

Wakara Labs works hard to keep shipping rates to a minimum. Power banks are highly regulated, so we typically charge a discounted USPS fee of $3.00 for a single power bank that includes 3-5 days processing and delivery within the continental United States. We will offer promotions for free shipping on occasion.
